Terms of Service for Rainbow Traffic
General Policy
Rainbow Traffic's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system.
Rainbow Traffic reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Rainbow Traffic if it is determined that the account has been inappropriately used.
Sites are subject to deletion if they are framebreakers, contain pop-ups, interrupt the surfing experience, contain trojans or viruses, attempt to download something, try to add something on to your browser, or otherwise cause problems. The user loses credits assigned to these sites.
Rainbow Traffic forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted!
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Rainbow Traffic reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
If a cancellation of membership is caused by a member violation of Rainbow Traffic policies no refunds will be issued so please play nicely. If an upgraded member wishes to cancel their membership before their membership expires, they may do so, but no refund will be given. Memberships do not automatically renew. You will receive an email when it is time for renewal and you can choose whether to continue your upgrade with all its benefits.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbow Traffic for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Rainbow Traffic will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Rainbow Traffic will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Rainbow Traffic cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Rainbow Traffic reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Rainbow Traffic services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Rainbow Traffic shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
